Workflow

Step 1

Call, Text, or Email to get started! We discuss your current system, your budget, and what changes you would like to make.

Step 2

We schedule a time to pick up your computer.

Step 3

Once I have received your computer, I research your current CPU, Motherboard, and other hardware specs and capabilities.

Step 4

I email you a list of compatible hardware upgrade recommendations with prices.

Step 5

When agreed upon, I will invoice you for the hardware.

Step 6

You pay the hardware/component invoice and we order the parts.

Step 7

Once I receive the parts, I back up your data, remove the old hardware, physically clean the system, install the new hardware, verify that Windows is operating properly, and make sure that all the drivers are updated.

Step 8

I invoice you for the service fee.

Step 9

You pay the service fee invoice.

Step 10

We schedule delivery of your Rebuilt computer.
